বৈদ্যুতিক প্ল্যান্টের নিরাপত্তা বিধি : ৩১০:
(a) Wires or contracts carrying electric current must not be touched. Any such wire or contract is a potential source of danger to human life, and must on no account be directly or indirectly handled, until and unless proper precautions have been taken to render such wire or contact , dead.
(ক) বিদ্যুৎ পরিবাহী তার বা সংযোগস্থলগুলো (contacts) কোনোভাবেই স্পর্শ করা যাবে না। এ ধরনের যেকোনো তার বা সংযোগস্থল মানুষের জীবনের জন্য মারাত্মক ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ এবং উপযুক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করে সেগুলোকে সম্পূর্ণ বিদ্যুৎহীন (dead) না করা পর্যন্ত প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে কোনোভাবেই স্পর্শ বা নাড়াচাড়া করা যাবে না।
(b) Places protected by red danger signs ,indicating the installation of high voltage must not be approached by unauthorised persons.
(খ) উচ্চ ভোল্টেজ বা বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ নির্দেশকারী লাল রঙের বিপদ সংকেত দ্বারা চিহ্নিত স্থানগুলোতে কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যক্তি প্রবেশ করতে বা তার কাছাকাছি যেতে পারবেন না।
(c) When workmen of any department have to carry out repair or construction work in the neighbourhood of unisolated electricity supply lines , they must first obtain the written assurance of a responsible representative of the electrical Branch that such lines have been made dead or otherwise rendered harmless.
(গ) যখন কোনো বিভাগের কর্মীদের অরক্ষিত বা অনাবৃত বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ লাইনের কাছাকাছি কোনো মেরামত বা নির্মাণ কাজ করতে হয়, তখন তাদের প্রথমে ইলেকট্রিক্যাল শাখার একজন দায়িত্বশীল প্রতিনিধির কাছ থেকে এই মর্মে লিখিত নিশ্চয়তা নিতে হবে যে উক্ত লাইনগুলো সম্পূর্ণ বিদ্যুৎহীন বা অন্য কোনো উপায়ে ক্ষতিহীন করা হয়েছে।
Upon completing of the work , when all men are clear and when ladders, scaffoldings, etc, Have been removed the Electrical branch representative should be notified in writing so that the electricity supply may be resumed.
কাজ সম্পন্ন করার পর, যখন সমস্ত কর্মী নিরাপদ স্থানে সরে যাবেন এবং মই, মাচা (scaffoldings) ইত্যাদি সরিয়ে ফেলা হবে, তখন ইলেকট্রিক্যাল শাখার প্রতিনিধিকে লিখিতভাবে অবহিত করতে হবে যাতে পুনরায় বিদ্যুৎ সরবরাহ চালু করা যায়।
The instructions, which are used in the interests of public safety must be rigidly adhered to.
জননিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে জারিকৃত এই নির্দেশনাবলী অবশ্যই কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে।
