কাঠামো ও যন্ত্রপাতির ওভারলোডিং (অতিরিক্ত ওজন চাপানো) : ৩০৮:
(a) The sanction of the Engineering Department must invariably be obtained before imposing a load upon a structure which that structure was not designed to carry.
(ক) কোনো কাঠামোর (structure) ওপর এমন কোনো ওজন বা লোড চাপানোর পূর্বে যা বহন করার জন্য কাঠামোটি ডিজাইন বা তৈরি করা হয়নি, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগের অনুমোদন অবশ্যই গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
(b) Lifting appliances , such as cranes, hoists, differential pulley blocks, and c should never be loaded beyond their authorised lifting capacity.
(খ) মালামাল তোলার যন্ত্রপাতি, যেমন—ক্রেন, হোস্ট, ডিফারেনশিয়াল পুলি ব্লক ইত্যাদিতে কোনোভাবেই তাদের নির্ধারিত বা অনুমোদিত উত্তোলন ক্ষমতার অতিরিক্ত ওজন বা লোড চাপানো যাবে না।
