In loading up machinery and other articles, Foremen are to see that nothing in the truck is higher than the engine chimney, or project more than six inches over the side of the wagon.
ট্রাকে বা ওয়াগনে যন্ত্রপাতি এবং অন্যান্য মালামাল লোড করার সময় ফোরম্যানদের অবশ্যই খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন কোনো মালামাল ইঞ্জিনের চিমনি বা ধোঁয়ানির্গমন নলের চেয়ে উঁচু না হয় এবং ওয়াগনের দুই পাশ থেকে ছয় ইঞ্চির বেশি বাইরে বেরিয়ে না থাকে।

মালামালের ওজন সমানভাবে বণ্টন করতে হবে। অধিক লম্বা মালামাল পরিবহনের জন্য যদি দুই বা ততোধিক ট্রাকের প্রয়োজন হয়, তবে ট্রাকগুলোর মধ্যকার কাপলিং বা সংযোগস্থলগুলো শক্তভাবে আটকানো হয়েছে কি না তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

Erasures on official documents, such as daily reports of receipts and issues of stores, pay sheets, and are strictly prohibited. Alterations must be made in black ink above the original entries without destroying their legibility and initialed by the person making them , the total amount at the end being attested by the officer concerned .
সরকারি নথিপত্র, যেমন—স্টোরের মালামাল গ্রহণ ও বিতরণের দৈনিক প্রতিবেদন, বেতন শিট (pay sheets) ইত্যাদিতে কোনো ধরনের ঘষামাজা বা মুছে ফেলা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। কোনো পরিবর্তন করতে হলে মূল লেখাটি স্পষ্ট রেখে তার উপরে কালো কালিতে লিখতে হবে এবং পরিবর্তনকারী ব্যক্তির সংক্ষিপ্ত স্বাক্ষর (initial) থাকতে হবে। নথির শেষে মোট হিসাবটি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তার দ্বারা প্রত্যয়িত (attested) হতে হবে।
