Rate of pay
Rate of pay:1306: (a) Firemen (Passed Shunters or Drivers when called upon to work as shunters or drivers will be paid at the minimum rate of shunter or driver, as the case may be, of the corresponding class.
বেতনের হার: ১৩০৬: (ক) ফায়ারম্যান (যারা শান্টার বা চালক পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ) যখন শান্টার বা চালক হিসেবে কাজ করার জন্য ডাক পাবেন, তখন তাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট শ্রেণীর শান্টার বা চালকের (ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে) সর্বনিম্ন হারে বেতন প্রদান করা হবে。
(b) When a first fireman is employed in teh higher grade he will be paid, for the period he is employed, the minimum pay of the higher grade if that is more than his substantive pay and if the minimum pay is the same or less than his substantive pay, he will draw pay at above his substantive pay in the higher grade.
(খ) যখন একজন প্রথম ফায়ারম্যানকে উচ্চতর গ্রেডে নিয়োজিত করা হবে, তখন তিনি সেই উচ্চতর গ্রেডে কর্মরত থাকাকালীন সময়ের জন্য ওই উচ্চতর গ্রেডের সর্বনিম্ন বেতন পাবেন, যদি তা তার মূল বেতনের চেয়ে বেশি হয়। আর যদি উচ্চতর গ্রেডের সর্বনিম্ন বেতন তার মূল বেতনের সমান বা কম হয়, তবে তিনি উচ্চতর গ্রেডে তার মূল বেতনের পরবর্তী ধাপের বেতন পাবেন।
