When a Foreman is transferred to another station , he will take stock of everything under his charge. The Foreman who relieves him , will certify to the correct of the list , before it is sent to the District Officer for transmission to the Chief Mechanical Engineer. The transfer sheet should be prepared in Mec./246 . This procedure must be followed in every instance, except when permission to the contrary has been obtained from the Chief Mechanical Engineer .
কোনো ফোরম্যান অন্য স্টেশনে বদলি হলে, তিনি তার অধীনে থাকা সমস্ত মালামাল ও নথিপত্রের হিসাব (stock) নেবেন। তার স্থলাভিষিক্ত ফোরম্যান তালিকার সঠিকতা প্রত্যয়ন করবেন এবং এরপর তালিকাটি ডিস্ট্রিক্ট অফিসারের কাছে পাঠানো হবে চিফ মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের নিকট প্রেরণের জন্য। বদলি সংক্রান্ত বিবরণী (transfer sheet) Mec./246 ফরমে প্রস্তুত করতে হবে। চিফ মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের কাছ থেকে ভিন্ন কোনো অনুমতি না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রেই এই প্রক্রিয়া অবশ্যই অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
