In cases where Foremen have to witness payments to contractors and others, and to sign certificates to this effect they are not al liberty to depute this duty to their clerks or to anyone else. Cleks are prohibited from witnessing payment in a Foremen absence. In the event of temporary absence of Foremen , his return in all cases must be awaited.
ঠিকাদার বা অন্য কোনো পক্ষকে অর্থ প্রদানের সময় ফোরম্যানকে যদি সাক্ষী হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকতে হয় এবং এই মর্মে প্রত্যয়নপত্রে স্বাক্ষর করতে হয়, তবে তিনি কোনোভাবেই এই দায়িত্ব তার ক্লার্ক বা অন্য কাউকে অর্পণ করতে পারবেন না। ফোরম্যানের অনুপস্থিতিতে ক্লার্কদের অর্থ প্রদানের সাক্ষী হওয়া সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। ফোরম্যান সাময়িকভাবে অনুপস্থিত থাকলে অবশ্যই তার ফিরে আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
