When one or more lines are blocked by an accident or cranes or material trains operating at an accident. the Rule(G.R. 164) for protecting such lines must be strictly observed during the period that such obstruction exists.
যখন কোনো দুর্ঘটনা, ক্রেন বা মালবাহী/উপাদানবাহী ট্রেনের কাজের কারণে এক বা একাধিক রেললাইন অবরুদ্ধ (ব্লক) হয়ে পড়ে, তখন সেই প্রতিবন্ধকতা বজায় থাকা পর্যন্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট রেললাইনগুলো সুরক্ষিত রাখার জন্য সাধারণ নিয়মাবলীর ১৬৪ নম্বর নিয়ম (জি.আর. ১৬৪) কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে।
