Reports on Axle Fractures (Class D or E) are subject to special rules. Reports will be made in duplicate by the District Mechanical Engineer to the Chief Mechanical Engineer, who will pass on one copy to the Railway Board the report will state no contract ,Age and cause of accident.
এক্সেল ভেঙে যাওয়ার (ডি বা ই শ্রেণী) প্রতিবেদন তৈরির ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ নিয়মকানুন মেনে চলতে হবে। ডিস্ট্রিক্ট মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার দুই কপি প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করে চিফ মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের কাছে জমা দেবেন, যিনি এর একটি কপি রেলওয়ে বোর্ডে পাঠাবেন। এই প্রতিবেদনে কোনো চুক্তি সংক্রান্ত জটিলতা ছিল কি না, যন্ত্রাংশের বয়স এবং দুর্ঘটনার কারণ স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।
