20% increase of pay will be allowed to drivers, shunters and firemen when away form their home stations on temporary transfer to any other station and they will receive overtime on the 20 increase of pay. Temporary transfer allowance will not be given for periods transfer in excess of three months. Men whose transfer is permanent within 3 months may draw this allowance up to the date, then transfer is made permanent. Those who remain on temporary transfer for more than three months will draw for three months only
ড্রাইভার, শান্টার এবং ফায়ারম্যানদের তাদের নিজস্ব বা হোম স্টেশন থেকে অন্য কোনো স্টেশনে সাময়িক বদলি করা হলে তাদের মূল বেতনের ২০% অতিরিক্ত ভাতা হিসেবে দেওয়া হবে এবং তারা এই ২০% বর্ধিত বেতনের ওপর ওভারটাইম পাবেন। তিন মাসের বেশি সময়ের সাময়িক বদলির জন্য এই সাময়িক বদলি ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে না। যাদের বদলি ৩ মাসের মধ্যে স্থায়ী করা হয়, তারা বদলি স্থায়ী হওয়ার তারিখ পর্যন্ত এই ভাতা তুলতে পারবেন। যারা তিন মাসের বেশি সময় ধরে সাময়িক বদলিতে থাকবেন, তারা কেবল প্রথম তিন মাসের জন্যই এই ভাতা পাবেন。
Note : Drivers ,Shunters , Firemen sent to work a short branch or shattle train in the ordinary turn of duty will be entitled this allowance.
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য: সাধারণ দায়িত্ব পালনের অংশ হিসেবে যেসব ড্রাইভার, শান্টার বা ফায়ারম্যানদের কোনো সংক্ষিপ্ত শাখা লাইন বা শাটল ট্রেন চালানোর জন্য পাঠানো হয়, তারাও এই ভাতা পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবেন।
