আদালতে হাজিরা ইত্যাদির জন্য পারিশ্রমিক: ১৩২৩:
(a) When attending joint inquiries,DMO's office for eye sight re_test, district officers for departmental examinations or 'Selection Boards,Law Courts on Railway business , or military duty the running staff will be paid either actual running allowances earned, if any, or average daily running allowance earned, calculating on the running allowance of the previous month whichever is greater up for each day they attend.
(ক) যৌথ তদন্তে অংশ নেওয়া, দৃষ্টিশক্তি পুনর্পরীক্ষার জন্য ডিএমও (DMO) অফিসে যাওয়া, বিভাগীয় পরীক্ষা বা সিলেকশন বোর্ডের জন্য জেলা কর্মকর্তাদের কার্যালয়ে উপস্থিত হওয়া, রেলওয়ের প্রয়োজনে আদালতে হাজিরা দেওয়া কিংবা সামরিক দায়িত্ব পালনের ক্ষেত্রে রানিং স্টাফদের প্রতিদিনের জন্য হয় অর্জিত প্রকৃত রানিং ভাতা, অথবা পূর্ববর্তী মাসের রানিং ভাতার ভিত্তিতে হিসাবকৃত দৈনিক গড় রানিং ভাতা—এই দুটির মধ্যে যেটি বেশি, তা প্রদান করা হবে。
(b) Attendance at Ambulance classes :
(খ) অ্যাম্বুলেন্স ক্লাসে উপস্থিতি:
When attending Ambulance lectures, the running staff will be allowed running allowance flr fifty miles in addition to the actual running allowance of the previous month whichever is greater up to the period they attend lectures in each course.
অ্যাম্বুলেন্স লেকচারে উপস্থিত থাকার সময়, রানিং স্টাফদের প্রতিটি কোর্সের লেকচার চলাকালীন সময় পর্যন্ত পঞ্চাশ মাইলের রানিং ভাতা অথবা পূর্ববর্তী মাসের অর্জিত প্রকৃত রানিং ভাতা—এই দুটির মধ্যে যেটি বেশি, তা প্রদান করা হবে。
(c) Attendance when travelling on duty.
(গ) অন-ডিউটি ভ্রমণের সময় উপস্থিতি।
As passengers when travelling as a passenger to attend joint enquiries . lay courts and others vide rule 34 (a) and (b) [para 1323 (a) and(b)] or on transfer, the running staff will be paid mileage as for half the mileage travelled, provided the running allowance mentioned in rule 34(a)[para 1323 (a)] is not drawn for th e same day.
যৌথ তদন্ত, আদালত বা অন্যান্য কাজে যাত্রী হিসেবে ভ্রমণ করার সময় (নিয়ম ৩৪ (ক) ও (খ) [অনুচ্ছেদ ১৩২৩ (ক) ও (খ)] অনুযায়ী) অথবা বদলিজনিত ভ্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে, রানিং স্টাফদের মোট অতিক্রান্ত দূরত্বের অর্ধেক মাইলেজ হিসেবে প্রদান করা হবে; তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, একই দিনের জন্য নিয়ম ৩৪(ক) [অনুচ্ছেদ ১৩২৩ (ক)]-এ উল্লিখিত রানিং ভাতা উত্তোলন করা যাবে না。
(d) Attendance at the LocoMotive Training School :
(ঘ) লোকোমোটিভ ট্রেনিং স্কুলে উপস্থিতি:
Running staff attending the Locomotive Training School for undergoing training , shall be paid a special running allowance at the rate of average running allowance or 75 percent of pay , whichever is less, for each day they attend the training courses up to a maximum of 45 days.
প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের জন্য লোকোমোটিভ ট্রেনিং স্কুলে উপস্থিত রানিং স্টাফদের প্রতিদিনের জন্য গড় রানিং ভাতা অথবা মূল বেতনের ৭৫ শতাংশ—এই দুটির মধ্যে যেটি কম, সেই হারে সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ দিন পর্যন্ত বিশেষ রানিং ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে।
