ইঞ্জিন আটকে রাখা বা বিলম্ব হওয়া: ১৩২১:
(a) In the event of a late start of over fifteen minutes due to a load not being ready or to any other cause not attributable to neglect of duty on the part of the engine crews the hours on duty will be counted for the purposes of calculating continuous duty towards overtime as from fifteen minutes after the time the engine is booked to leave the shed. teh detention must be covered by a Detention memo by the Traffic Department.
(ক) মালপত্র বা লোড প্রস্তুত না থাকা কিংবা ইঞ্জিন ক্রুদের অবহেলা ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কারণে যদি ট্রেন ছাড়তে ১৫ মিনিটের বেশি বিলম্ব হয়, তবে ওভারটাইমের জন্য একটানা ডিউটি বা কাজের সময় হিসাব করার ক্ষেত্রে, ইঞ্জিনটি শেড ছাড়ার নির্ধারিত সময় থেকে ১৫ মিনিট পর থেকেই ডিউটি শুরু হয়েছে বলে গণ্য করা হবে। এই বিলম্বের বিষয়টি ট্রাফিক বিভাগ কর্তৃক একটি বিলম্ব স্মারকপত্র বা ডিটেনশন মেমোর মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে。
(b) When an engine leaves with a different trains to that for which it was originally booked the crews hour of duty for the purpose of reckoning continuous duty for overtime shall be calculated as laid down in (a) above.
(খ) কোনো ইঞ্জিন যদি পূর্বনির্ধারিত ট্রেনের পরিবর্তে অন্য কোনো ট্রেন নিয়ে যাত্রা করে, তবে ওভারটাইমের জন্য একটানা কাজের সময় হিসাব করার ক্ষেত্রে ক্রুদের ডিউটির সময় ওপরের (ক) উপধারায় বর্ণিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী হিসাব করা হবে।
