কর্মচারীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা : ২২২:

Medical Examination of staff : 222:

(ক) মেডিকেল বিভাগে চাকরির জন্য আবেদনকারী প্রত্যেক প্রার্থীকে প্রচলিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা এবং দৃষ্টিশক্তি পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে।

(a) Every candidate for employment in the Medical Department will be required to pass a health examination , and a vision test in accordance with the rules in force.

(খ) বার্ধক্য, দুর্বল দৃষ্টিশক্তি, রোগ বা অন্য কোনো কারণে কোনো কর্মচারী তার কাজের জন্য শারীরিকভাবে অনুপযুক্ত বলে মনে করার কোনো কারণ থাকলে, তাকে অবিলম্বে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষার জন্য পাঠাতে হবে। একই সাথে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষার কারণ উল্লেখ করে মেডিকেল অফিসারের কাছে একটি মেমো পাঠাতে হবে।

(b) If there any reason to believe that any of the staff are physically unfit for their work owing to old age, defective vision , disease or any other cause, they must be sent up for medical examination without delay. A memo stating the reason for the examination should be sent to the Medical Officer at the same time.

(গ) যখন কোনো চাকরিপ্রার্থী বা কর্মচারীকে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষার জন্য মেডিকেল অফিসারের কাছে পাঠানো হবে, তখন পরিচয় জালিয়াতি রোধ করার জন্য নির্ধারিত ফরমে পরীক্ষার্থীর স্থায়ী শারীরিক শনাক্তকরণ চিহ্নের তালিকা অথবা এগুলোর অনুপস্থিতিতে তার স্বাক্ষর বা বৃদ্ধাঙ্গুলির ছাপ সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।

(c) When a candidate for employment , or an employee is sent to the Medical Officer for examination , a list of the examinee's permanent physical marks of identification, or in the absence of these, his signature or thumb impression should be appended in the prescribed form to prevent personation.

(ঘ) যথাযথ প্রত্যয়িত চিকিৎসা কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক যেকোনো সময় সরকারি চাকরির জন্য অনুপযুক্ত ঘোষিত কোনো প্রার্থীকে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষার জন্য উপস্থিত হওয়ার অনুমতি দেওয়া যাবে না। চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত কারণে পূর্বে সরকারি চাকরি থেকে প্রত্যাখ্যাত হওয়ার কোনো ইতিহাস থাকলে তা প্রকাশ করার জন্য প্রার্থীদের সতর্ক করতে হবে।

(d) Authority to present himself for medical examination should not be granted to any candidate who has at any time been pronounced unfit for Government employment by a duly certified medical authority. Candidates should be warned to disclose any previous rejection from Government employment on medical grounds.
