ছয় মাসের বেশি সময় ধরে কর্মরত কর্মচারীদের এবং শিক্ষানবিস বা শিক্ষানবিসি (apprenticeship) সম্পন্নকারীদের নির্ধারিত ফরমে ডিস্ট্রিক্ট অফিসার কর্তৃক সার্ভিস সার্টিফিকেট বা চাকরি সনদ প্রদান করা হবে।

Service Certificates to employees with over six months service and to apprentices on completion of their apprenticeship will be issued by the District Officers in the prescribed form.

(ক) কর্মচারীদের বেতন প্রদানের জন্য একটি মাসিক সময়সূচী নির্ধারণ করা হবে। পে-ক্লার্কগণ নির্দিষ্ট শ্রেণীর কর্মচারীদের বেতন প্রদানের তারিখ ও সময় আগে থেকেই জানিয়ে দেবেন।

(a) A monthly programme will be laid down for the payment of staff. Pay Clerks will give previous notice of date and time of payment of a particular class of staff.

(খ) বেতন প্রদানের সকল ক্ষেত্রে, বেতন প্রদানের সাক্ষী হিসেবে অনুমোদিত কর্মকর্তা—যার উপস্থিতিতে বেতন দেওয়া হচ্ছে—তাকে অবশ্যই ব্যক্তিগতভাবে কর্মচারীদের পরিচয় নিশ্চিত করতে হবে এবং দেখতে হবে যে প্রতিটি প্রাপককে পে-শিটে তার নামের পাশে উল্লিখিত সঠিক পরিমাণ অর্থই প্রদান করা হচ্ছে কি না।

(b) In all cases of payments, witnessing officials authorized to witness payments, and in whose presence such payments are made , must personally satisfy themselves as to teh identity of the men and see that the amount paid to each payee is the exact amount shown in the pay sheet against his name.
