চাকরি ছেড়ে চলে যাওয়ার সময় কোনো কর্মচারী যদি তার প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ডের পাওনাদি পাওয়ার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে না পারেন, তবে তাকে তার ভবিষ্যৎ ঠিকানা এবং লিখিত নির্দেশনা দিতে বলতে হবে যে, এই অর্থ তাকে মানি অর্ডারের মাধ্যমে নাকি পাকিস্তানের কোনো ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে। সেই অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিস্ট্রিক্ট অফিসার প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবেন। কর্মচারী চাইলে চাকরি ছাড়ার সময় তার প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ডের পাওনার একটি অংশ (যা ৯০ শতাংশের বেশি হবে না) তাকে অগ্রিম প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।

When an employee leaving the service , is unable to wait for settlement of his provident Funds dues , he should be instructed to furnish his future address, together with written instructions as to whether payment is to be made to him by money order , or through any Bank in Pakistan and necessary arrangement wil be made accordingly by the District Officer concerned. Whenever the employee desires it , a portion (not exceeding 90 per cent) of his Provident Fund dues should be paid to him when he leaves the service.
