(ক) এমন কিছু ঘটনা ঘটেছে যেখানে পূর্বে এই রেলওয়েতে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা সত্ত্বেও নতুন নিয়োগের রিকুইজিশনে তাদের 'পুনঃনিয়োগ' (re-engaged) হিসেবে না দেখিয়ে সাধারণ 'নিয়োগ' (engaged) হিসেবে দেখানো হয়েছে, যার ফলে তাদের পূর্ববর্তী চাকরির বিষয়টি উপেক্ষিত থেকে গেছে।

(a) Cases have occurred where men have been engaged who have had previous service on this Railway but in the requisitions submitted, they have been shown as engaged , instead of re engaged and this has resulted in the re engagement being over looked.

(খ) নতুন কর্মচারী নিয়োগের সময় তাদের পূর্বপরিচয় ও ইতিহাস যাচাই করতে হবে এবং পূর্বে রেলওয়েতে চাকরি করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে তা নথিবদ্ধ করতে হবে। রিকুইজিশন জমা দেওয়ার সময়, পূর্বে এই রেলওয়েতে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে তা রেকর্ড বা নথির উদ্দেশ্যে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

(b) When engaging staff , their antecedents must be ascertained, and previous railway service, if any recorded. In submitting requisitions such service, if on this Railway must be specially mentioned for purposes of record.
