দুর্নীতিমূলক কার্যক্রম : ২১০ :

Corrupt Practices : 210 :

(ক) কর্মচারীদের তাদের নিয়মিত দায়িত্ব ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কাজে নিয়োজিত করার অভ্যাস কোনো অবস্থাতেই অনুমোদন করা যাবে না। এই ধরনের অনিয়ম কোনোভাবেই প্রশ্রয় দেওয়া হবে না এবং এই অনিয়মের জন্য দায়ী ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

(a) The practice of employing staff otherwise than on their regular duties. must under no circumstances be permitted. Such irregularities will not be countenanced in any circumstances , and stern disciplinary measures will be taken against anyone who is found responsible for such irregularity.

(খ) কর্মচারীদের স্মরণ করিয়ে দেওয়া হচ্ছে যে, কোনো অবস্থাতেই ঘুষ দেওয়া বা নেওয়া যাবে না। ঘুষ আদান-প্রদানের প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারীকে তাৎক্ষণিক বরখাস্ত করা হবে।

(b) The staff are reminded that bribes may in no circumstances be offered or accepted. and that the proof of giving or taken a bribe willrender the employees concerned liable to summary dismissal.

(গ) পদোন্নতি, বেতন বৃদ্ধি বা চাকরি থেকে অব্যাহতির নোটিশ ফোরম্যানকে অবশ্যই সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারীকে সরাসরি জানাতে হবে।

(c) Intimation of promotion, increase of pay , or discharge should invarrally be given by the Foremen to the person concerned .

(ঘ) বেতন, ছুটি ও পদোন্নতি সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বিষয়ে কর্মচারীদের তাদের ফোরম্যানের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করতে উৎসাহিত করতে হবে এবং এ বিষয়ে অন্য কারো হস্তক্ষেপের চেষ্টা থাকলে তা ফোরম্যানের নজরে আনতে হবে।

(d) Staff should be encouraged to deal direct with their Foremen in all matters relative to pay, leave, and promotion, and to bring to notice any attempt on the part of others to interfere.
