কর্মচারীরা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উক্ত গেজেটের কপি সংগ্রহ করতে বাধ্য থাকবেন এবং তাদের কাজের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট আদেশগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ে নোট করে রাখবেন। গেজেটের কপি বিতরণের জন্য কোনো রসিদ নেওয়া হবে না এবং গেজেটের কপি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সংগ্রহ করার দায়িত্ব কর্মচারীর নিজের হওয়ায়, গেজেটে উল্লিখিত কোনো নিয়ম না জানার অজুহাত গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না এবং এর জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারী নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন।

The staff are personally responsible for getting copies of the above and must read and carefully note the orders therein that affect their work. Under these circumstances , receipts will not be taken for copies of the Gazette, and the responsibility of personally seeing that he gets a copy of the Gazette will ipso facto convict an employee for ignorance of any rule therein pertaining to his work.

পাকিস্তান ইস্টার্ন রেলওয়ে গেজেটের আদেশসমূহ নিরক্ষর কর্মচারীদের বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে, যেভাবে নিচে ২২ নম্বর অনুচ্ছেদে নির্দেশনা দেওয়া হয়েছে।

Orders in the Pakistan Eastern Railway Gazette should be explained to the illiterate staff in the same way as directed under paragraph 22 below.

আদেশসমূহ সরাসরি কর্মচারীদের নজরে আনার উপরোক্ত ব্যবস্থা ছাড়াও, সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রত্যেক সিনিয়র অধীনস্থ কর্মকর্তাকে সমস্ত আদেশের কপি একটি মূল ফাইলে (skeleton file) সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। ফাইলটি সবসময় একটি নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে রাখতে হবে যাতে কর্মচারীরা সহজেই তা দেখতে পারেন। পাকিস্তান ইস্টার্ন রেলওয়ে গেজেটটিও এর পাশেই ফাইল করে রাখতে হবে।

In addition to the above arrangments for directly bringing orders to the knowledge of the staff each senior subordinate concerned must keep copies of all orders in a skeletion file , which shall always be kept in a fixed place, where it can be readily referred to by the staff. The P.E Railway Gazette will also be filed beside it.
