(ক) কাজ শুরু হওয়ার নির্ধারিত সময়ে এবং কাজ শেষ হওয়ার সময় অবশ্যই ঘণ্টা বা বাঁশি বাজাতে হবে।

(a) The bell or whistle must be sounded at the work is due to commence , and again when it is due to stop.

(খ) ঘণ্টা বা বাঁশি বাজা শেষ হওয়ার পর যেসকল শ্রমিক উপস্থিত হবেন, রানিং শেড ফোরম্যানের আদেশ ছাড়া তাদেরকে কাজ শুরু করতে দেওয়া হবে না।

(b) Workmen arriving after the bell or whistle has ceased to sound, will not be allowed to commence work without orders from the Running Shed Foreman.

(গ) সকল রানিং শেডে কর্মচারীদের টিকিট পদ্ধতিতে কাজ করতে হবে। প্রতিদিন কাজ শুরু করার আগে, কর্মচারীদের নিজ নিজ নম্বর সম্বলিত ধাতব টিকিট তাদের মাঝে বিতরণ করা হবে। দিনের কাজ শেষে এই টিকিটগুলো ফেরত নেওয়া হবে এবং পরবর্তী দিন পুনরায় বিতরণের জন্য বোর্ডে ঝুলিয়ে রাখা হবে। হাজিরা খাতা (muster rolls), টাইম শিট, রিকুইজিশন এবং কর্মচারীদের সংক্রান্ত সকল যোগাযোগে তাদের নামের পাশে এই টিকিট নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

(c) At all Running Sheds , the men are to work on the ticket system. Before they commence work daily, metal tickets, bearing the numbers of men to whom they are issued , will be distributed to them. At the close of the day's work these tickets will be given back and replaced upon a board, for redistribution the following day. The ticket numbers are to be shown opposite the names of the men in the muster rolls, time sheds and requisitions and in all communications respecting them.

(ঘ) অসুস্থতার কারণে যেসকল কর্মচারী দায়িত্বে উপস্থিত হতে পারবেন না, তাদেরকে ডিউটি শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ৩ ঘণ্টা আগে ফোরম্যানকে অবশ্যই অবহিত করতে হবে।

(d) Employees who are unable to attend to their duty due to sickness, must giv notice to the Foreman three clear hours before the time at which they were liable to be called on duty.
