ফ্যাক্টরি আইনের আওতাভুক্ত হিসেবে ঘোষিত শেড কর্মচারীদের শ্রেণীবিভাগ।

Class of shed staff declared to come under the scope of the Factories ct.

রানিং শেডগুলো মূলত দুটি প্রধান শ্রেণীতে বিভক্ত:

Running sheds fall under two main classes:

(ক) সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রদেশের জন্য প্রযোজ্য ফ্যাক্টরি আইনের বিধানাবলীর আওতাভুক্ত শেডসমূহ

(a) Those coming under the provisions of the Factories Act applicable to the respective provinces

(খ) কাজের সময়সীমা সংক্রান্ত বিধিমালা (Hours of Employment Rules) দ্বারা পরিচালিত শেডসমূহ। (ক) শ্রেণীর রানিং শেডগুলোতে কর্মরত সকল কর্মচারীর ক্ষেত্রে ফ্যাক্টরি আইন প্রযোজ্য নয়। ফ্যাক্টরি ইন্সপেক্টরগণ কেবল নির্দিষ্ট কিছু শ্রেণীর কর্মচারীদের কাজের সময় এবং সাধারণ সুযোগ-সুবিধা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করেন। এই ধরনের শেডের অবশিষ্ট কর্মচারীরা কাজের সময়সীমা সংক্রান্ত বিধিমালা দ্বারা পরিচালিত হন।

(b) Those governed by the Hours of Employment Rules .The Factories Act does ot apply to all the staff employed in the running sheds coming under class (a) The Factory Inspectors control the hours of work and general interest of only certain specified categories. The rest of the staff in such sheds are governed by the Hours of Employment Rules .
