Reports by subordinates : 1405 :

ট্রাফিক বিভাগ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য বিভাগের অধীনস্থ কর্মকর্তারা তাদের বিভাগ সংশ্লিষ্ট সমস্ত দুর্ঘটনার খবর পাওয়ার পর তাদের নিজ নিজ জেলা কর্মকর্তাদের কাছে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলোর ওপর সংক্ষিপ্ত রিপোর্ট পেশ করবেন:

Subordinates of departments other than Traffic shall submit to their respective district officers brief reports on all accidents of which they have been advised and in which their departments are concerned on the following points :

(ক) দুর্ঘটনার কারণ এবং এর সাথে জড়িত পরিস্থিতি;

(a) Cause of accident and its attendant circumstances;

(খ) দায়ী ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিবর্গ;

(b) Persons responsible:

(গ) ক্ষতির বিবরণ এবং পরিমাণ: এবং

(c) Particulars and extent of damage : and

(ঘ) মন্তব্য বা মতামত。

(d) Remarks.

রানিং পাওয়ার ট্রেন ইঞ্জিন বিকল বা ব্যর্থ হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিস্ট্রিক্ট ট্রাফিক বা সুপারিনটেনডেন্ট ট্রান্সপোর্টেশন সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্য রেলওয়ের ডিস্ট্রিক্ট মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের কাছ থেকে দায় স্বীকারের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করবেন।

In case of failure of Running Power Train Engines , the District Traffic or Superintendent Transportation concerned shall obtain acceptance of responsibility of the District Mechanical Engineer of the foreign railway concerned.
