Promotion and Refresher Courses: 1327
(i) লালমনিরহাট ট্রেনিং স্কুলে লোকো রানিং স্টাফদের জন্য নিম্নলিখিত প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সগুলো পরিচালনা করা হয়:
(i) In this Lalmonirhat Training School the following training courses of loco running staff are undertaken :
(ক) পদোন্নতি কোর্স (i) শান্টার পদোন্নতি কোর্স।
(a) Promotion courses (i) Shunter promotion course.
(২) ড্রাইভার পদোন্নতি কোর্স।
(2) Driver's promotion course.
(৩) রিফ্রেসার কোর্স (১) শান্টার রিফ্রেসার কোর্স।
(3) Refresher course (1) Shunter's Refresher course.
(২) ড্রাইভার রিফ্রেসার কোর্স
(2) Driver's Refresher course
(ii) পদোন্নতি কোর্স বা সর্বশেষ রিফ্রেসার কোর্স সম্পন্ন করার তিন বছর পর পুনরায় রিফ্রেসার কোর্স করা বাধ্যতামূলক। রিফ্রেসার কোর্সের সময় হয়ে গেলে ড্রাইভার এবং শান্টারদের সাধারণত ডিউটিতে বুকিং করা উচিত নয়। তবে জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে, যদি ড্রাইভার বা শান্টারদের স্বল্পতার কারণে কর্মীদের কোর্সে পাঠানো সম্ভব না হয়, তবে ডিস্ট্রিক্ট মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মীদের নিয়মাবলি পরীক্ষা করে পরবর্তী কোর্সের আয়োজন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কাজ চালিয়ে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিতে পারেন। রানিং স্টাফরা যেন সময়মতো লালমনিরহাট ট্রেনিং স্কুলে উপস্থিত হতে পারেন তা নিশ্চিত করতে এই নিয়মটি কেবল বিশেষ প্রয়োজনেই প্রয়োগ করা উচিত。
(ii) Refresher course are due three years after passing the promotion course or the last refresher course. Drivers and shunters should not normally be booked out as such if the refresher courses are due. In an emergency, if the promotion of drivers or shunters does not permit sending staff to attend the course, the District Mechanical Engineer may examine the staff concerned in rules and permit him to continue till the next course is arranged. This should be done sparingly to ensure that all running staff attend the Lalmonirhat Training School in time.
(iii) এই কোর্সে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলোর ওপর প্রশিক্ষণ এবং পরীক্ষা অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে:
(iii) The course consist of training and examination in the following :
(ক) সাধারণ এবং সহায়ক নিয়মাবলি (General and Subsidiary Rules)।
(a) General and Subsidiary Rules.
(খ) ট্রেন পরিচালনা।
(b) Working of trains.
(গ) স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভ্যাকুয়াম ব্রেক।
(c)Automatic vacuum brake.
(ঘ) লোকোমোটিভ বিকল হওয়া বা ব্রেকডাউন।
(d) Locomtive breakdown.
(ঙ) ওয়ার্কিং টাইম টেবিল এবং ঘড়ির কাঁটা বা সংখ্যা পড়া。
(e) Working Time Table and Reading of clock numerals.
(iv) কোর্স সমাপ্তির পর, প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের লালমনিরহাট স্কুলের লোকো ইন্সপেক্টর এবং লোকো ইন্সপেক্টর যৌথভাবে পরীক্ষা করবেন এবং পরীক্ষার ফলাফল DME/LMH দ্বারা নিশ্চিত করা হবে, যিনি পরবর্তীতে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করবেন。
(iv) After completion of the course, the trainees are examined jointly by Loco Instructor, Lalmonirhat School and Loco Inspector, Lalmonirhat and results are confirmed by DME/LMH , who is to issue certificate.
(v) ডিজেল ড্রাইভার এবং শান্টারদের জন্য অনুচ্ছেদ ২১১২ এবং ২১১৩-এ অতিরিক্ত নিয়মাবলি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে, যা অবশ্যই মেনে চলতে হবে।
(v) For diesel drivers and shunters additional rules are laid down in para 2112 and 2113 which must also be followed .
