Allowance when learning the road or when under training:1318

শুধুমাত্র নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রগুলোতে চালকদের অতিক্রান্ত মাইলেজের অর্ধেক পরিমাণ ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে:

An allowance of half the mileage travelled will be granted to drivers only on the following occasions.

১. যখন তারা দীর্ঘ ছুটি শেষে কাজে ফিরবেন,

1.When they return after long leave, n2 2.when they first take up the job of drivers, i.e. just after promotion from shunter

২. যখন তারা প্রথম চালক হিসেবে কাজে যোগ দেবেন, অর্থাৎ শান্টার থেকে পদোন্নতি পাওয়ার ঠিক পরপরই,

3.whey they are transferred to a section with which they are not conversant

৩. যখন তাদের এমন কোনো সেকশনে বদলি করা হবে যার রুট বা পথ সম্পর্কে তারা পরিচিত নন,

4. when drivers and shunters are booked to learn a yard, the will be paid overtime at 50 miles per every eight hour for the period they are actually engaged on learning the yard.

৪. যখন চালক ও শান্টারদের কোনো ইয়ার্ড চেনার বা শেখার (লার্নিং) জন্য বুক করা হবে, তখন তারা ইয়ার্ড শেখার কাজে প্রকৃত নিয়োজিত সময়ের জন্য প্রতি আট ঘণ্টার বিপরীতে ৫০ মাইল হারে ওভারটাইম পাবেন।
